How to Enroll

Registration Instructions

Registering with Elk Island Catholic School can be done through SchoolEngage, our online registration portal.

If you currently have a PowerSchool account with EICS, you can access SchoolEngage simply by logging into your PowerSchool account and clicking "SchoolEngage - Student Forms" on the left hand side.  Otherwise, you can go to https://eics.schoolengage.ca to create a new account, or to reset a password associated with an account previously held with us.

Once you are in SchoolEngage, there are different registration steps for different types of student.  St. Isidore is a school which serves a wide variety of students.  Please see below for instructions on registering based upon what type of program you are interested in.

Please note that there are differences between guardian accounts and student accounts in SchoolEngage.  Student accounts by default cannot submit forms, unless they have gone through the "Register as an Independent Student" process described below.

Registering your child for Online Education.

Once you are logged into School Engage as a guardian, you can create new students using the "Add new student" option on the left.

Once you see your child listed in the left, click on their name and look for the form titled "A.2) Grade 1-12 Registration".  This is the form which you would submit in order to register your child for online learning with St. Isidore.

Please note - currently, general online education is available for students in grades 7-12.  The Chesterton Program runs from 9-12.

Registering your Child for the Chesterton Academy of St. Isidore

Once you see your child listed in the left, click on their name and look for the form titled "A.2) Grade 1-12 Registration Form". Once you choose St. Isidore Learning Center from the list of available schools, the option to request Chesterton Academy programming will become available.
