Meet the Instructors

This is Mrs. Cuglietta Damur's fourth year as an administrator at St. Isidore Learning Centre and First year as Principal. The umbrella of programs that SILC offers (including Chesterton Academy) are wholeheartedly supported by Mrs. Damur's enthusiasm especially for Classical Catholic Education. 

2024/25 is Mr. Starko's Second year at St. Isidore Chesterton Academy. He teaches High School math and supports our instructors, students and families with the ins and outs of administrating an active online and inperson Classical education program. 

Dr. Mclarney has been with St. Isidore Chesterton Academy since it's inception in September 2020. He teaches English (Literature), Philosophy and Religion (Theology). His passion for Classical Catholic Education shines through during his lectures. 

Mrs. Wright has been at St. Isidore Chesterton Academy since it's inception in September 2020. Her focus has been on Social Studies (History), Religion (Theology) and the Art and Music courses for our Chesterton students. 

Mr. Geiger has been with St. Isidore since January 2022. His specialities are Sciences (especially Physics) and Math. His humour and guidance to our students is a true asset to the Chesterton Academy.

 

Dr. Fawcett join Chesterton Academy in September 2022 after teaching over in China! His passion for Social Studies (History), Philosophy, Religion (Theology), English (Literature) and Latin shines through in his lectures. 

 

Mr. Sangster joined us in September 2024 as an experienced Math teacher! He taken on the challenge of Biology this year as well. He brings along his guitar and has been leading us in song during our chapel times.
